That's pretty cool but I don't really use streetview anyway. It's almost always outdated.

I'm sure a couple thousand $$$s went into paying some team to make that.

Sharpie’s Liquid Pencil

this is pretty cool... just when you thought a pen couldn't evolve
"writes like a pen, erases like a pencil, and then becomes permanent (like a Sharpie) after 3 days"

AMD Discusses Details of Next-Generation Products
http://hothardware.com/News/AMD-Excitedly-Announces-Old-Details-Of-NextGeneration-Products/

Pretty cool article w/ AMD discussing their next gen chips... apparently it's going to be 16cores now.... I've yet to ever max out the 2 I have on my laptop and 4 on my desktop.... lol.... I hope AMD makes good chips again that way it'll help push the competition and make everything faster and cheaper.

Hmm I hear PS3 is a good media center for blu-ray, youtube, streaming videos (over network), and netflix. Is this true?

well ya... of course...
i'm not really into that stuff tho... i'd rather just hook up HDMI to a tv as a second monitor and have all the power you have with a PC instead... and it's much quicker than streaming over network ... but if you have netflix or blu-rays (neither of which I have) then it is very convenient.

Oh because I was considering getting a bluray player. There was one on sale on slickdeals for $150 that could do all those. I just didn't know PS3 could do netflix and streaming as well.

yeah the PS3 is awesome though... you should get it... some of the games on there are absolute classics which can't be found on PC.

don't know if anyone cares other than poo since I know he uses digg too... but wow the new "version" of digg.com was launched, or digg v4...
it sucks huge balls... talk about another stupid decision by a website that will lead to its plunder.

basically instead of having articles that were submitted and getting voted to be popular on the front page... now big websites like engadget or something similar gets priority access and their articles automatically get front-page no matter how much it sucks.... so now 90% of the content sucks because it wasn't voted up like it should be.... basically a giant rss feed which no one needs...
in conclusion: they sold out and let big companies/corporations have priority over users because of $$$ ... oh and all the users are pretty much leaving the site and moving to reddit ... which is the main one I've been using for like 6 months now...

lol... it's pretty true what you said about reddit.... but I think the fact is also true.... you probably in general find a lot better comments that a wittier at reddit... also it feels much more like a community there where as digg doesn't really have that sense other than making jokes about how women should be in the kitchen all the itme...

go to digg today tho and click top 24 hours.... everything is from reddit and dugg up super high.... a rebellion.... soooooo friggen awesome Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing
oh and I think today is suppose to be quit digg day too...

oh and fur... sites like digg, reddit, stumble upon are sites where people submit awesome stuff they find on the internet and submitted and it gets voted up or down... that's where I get most of the stuff I post here
